Ask: What Can I Do About It

What problem do you have in your life that you are not addressing? Recently I attended a 5-day course to get certified as an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, and I needed to work on an issue for myself and the course.  The issue I solved was associated with a major car accident I was involved in 1983.  I knew it was an issue as I would feel nervous when I was a passenger in the front of the car. This especially showed up when my son was learning to drive a few years ago. I had accepted it was a problem but had not asked myself what could do about it until I was at that course.

Using what I learnt studying EFT, I was able to release the emotional impact of the accident, and I am now comfortable riding in the passenger seat.  After that, I wondered why I had not asked myself the question “why was I nervous in the passenger seat?”

Action for This Week

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has been around for many years.  As I have now been formally trained in it, I find how beneficial it is for dealing with anxiety, stress, negative emotions, weight control and other issues.
