Anxiety can be good for you!

Most people who suffer from anxiety do not like it. It makes them feel like running away.

However, anxiety does have a purpose. It can tell you when something is not working for you and therefore you need to do something different than what you are doing.
If you are unable to think in a different way or take a different action then I suggest you get help from someone like a hypnotherapist to overcome the stuckness (as I put it), release the anxiety and find new ways of thinking.
